Marine Engine Design Engineer / Consultant - Product Development

A client in Korea is looking to get an experienced consultant in Marine Engine Design. The objective of the customer is to indigenously develop middle speed marine engines. They hope to get the consultant to guide them in the process.

They are currently manufacturing engines based on designs from their US partners. They are looking to find an expert with good experience to lead this effort. They have a project in hand and through consulting hope to develop the capability in house. There will be engineers available to do the physical work. Also a number of other consultants to do 3D modeling etc.

• Generally, the expectation is for the consultant to guide them in

A) Engine design considerations

B) Procedure and steps to go about designing

C) Critical factors to consider

D) Analysis areas to consider

E. How to incorporate production requirements,... etc.

• Being a consulting assignment, onsite is needed. Duration and frequency can be negotiated.

PLM Consultant - Winchill PDMLink, Projectlink
